We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Officer to join our team. We aim to provide high-quality People & Culture programs and support to our operational business leaders. Role can be located in either Brisbane or Toowoomba. 

About the role

Some of the main components of this role will include: 

• End-to-end recruitment, including delivery of onboarding programs
• Assisting with employee file management and document control
• Assisting with employee benefit programs and training opportunities
• Administering apprenticeship and traineeship program, including maintaining incentive claim process
• Assisting to support and coach operational managers on people matters 
• Contribute to HR projects
• General HR / People Services Administration

Qualifications & experience

Ideally you will have: 

• Bachelor level qualifications in relevant field
•  3+ years of experience in HR / People & Culture
• Experience working in an industrial / blue collar environment
