Diploma Qualified Educator, and Early Childhood Teacher (either fully qualified or partially completed PT/FT/Casual)

About The Role:

  • Facilitate learning through play programs
  • Working with the leadership team to continually improve on any educational planning
  • Integrating learning areas into play including language, maths, science, music,etc
  • Creating, engaging, and safe learning environments influenced by a play-based approach
  • Educational planning, observations and reflections
  • Promoting positive interactions in the room
  • Collaborating with team to ensure that all feedback is gathered to improve practices
  • Advocating and implementing inclusion support
  • Engaging with children, families, team members and wider community


You will be working within a highly experienced team and well supported to achieve excellence in your career. You will also be supported by our owner who has worked in education for 30 years, as well as our dedicated, very experienced, and supportive management team. 

Depending on the role you wish to apply for you will require:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved ACECQA equivalent.

or

  • Diploma of Children Services, 

or 

  • completion or partial completion of an accredited Early Years Teaching Degree https://www.acecqa.gov.au/qualifications/nqf-approved

 

  • Several years of Childcare experience will be highly regarded. 
  • An understanding/experience in Montessori education will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge on the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments.
  • Availability to complete shifts between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm.
  • Current first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma certifications
  • Child Protection, including WWC and Police criminal checks
