We are looking for an experienced chef de partie with a passion for excellence to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to work with our chefs, butchers and producers, to learn and prepare a la carte dishes for The Bar, as well as producing in-house prepared items across both our dining and retail operations in Melbourne.

Victor Churchill, Australia’s oldest continually run butcher is located on High Street Armadale, and marries the craft of butchery with world class design, creating a food retail experience like no other. Combining theatre, luxury and indulgence, Victor Churchill Melbourne also features an intimate open flame, bar dining concept.
You will have the following skills:
- Stong cooking and organizational skills.
- Ability to run a busy a la carte section.
- Genuine passion for quality produce.
- An eye for detail and consistency.
- A desire to learn and grow as a chef.

- Weekend availability
- 10-hour shift; 8-hour shift; afternoon day and evening shift.
- Rotating roster
Experience
- Hospitality: 2 years preferred
Language
- English (preferred)
Work Authorization
- Australia (preferred)
Ability to commute / relocate
- ARMADALE, VIC 3143: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
